  1. What is eTaxiGo? Why should I book through eTaxiGo?
  2. eTaxiGo is an online booking portal that acts as an aggregator, connecting customers with drivers. Our portal enables customers to check taxi/cab availability and compare industry-best prices. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient taxi/cab services to our customers. Our highly-rated drivers ensure that your journey is enjoyable and free of hassle. We prioritize punctuality, ensuring that the taxi/cab reaches your destination at the scheduled time. Our helpline desk is available round the clock, providing support whenever needed.

  3. If I cancel my bookings, will I be charged for the cancellation fee?
  4. If you cancel your booking within 6 hours of the scheduled booking time, no refund will be provided.

  5. What car categories do you provide?
  6. We provide 4 types of Taxi / Cabs:-

    1. Hatchback 4 seater – includes models like Ritz / Indica / Similar
    2. Sedan 4 seater – includes models like Swift Dzire / Toyota Etios / Indigo / Similar.
    3. SUV/ 6 seater – includes models like Toyota Innova / Xylo / Enjoy / Ertiga / Similar.
    4. Tempo Traveller – 12 seater, 15 seater and above.
  7. How to book a cab?
  8. Book a cab in just three easy steps: Select your pickup and drop-off locations, set a pickup date and time, and choose your preferred vehicle. Alternatively, you can also call our 24x7 helpline number at +91 837 699 6666.

  9. What exactly is the one-way drop?
  10. In a one-way drop booking, you are requesting a transfer from one city to another for the forward journey only. Therefore, you do not need to pay for the round trip if you only require a drop-off. With eTaxiGo, a one-way drop is typically 25-50% cheaper than a round-trip journey. The price for a one-way trip is determined automatically by our system, taking into account the likelihood of the driver getting a fare for the return journey.

  11. Do you provide A/C cars?
  12. We exclusively provide air-conditioned (A/C) cars that are expected to be in working condition at all times. The only exception is for trips to hilly areas where the A/C must be turned off during driving within the hilly region to prevent overloading on the car engine.

  13. How can I edit my existing booking?
  14. We operate 24x7 to provide you with the best service possible. You can contact us at any time if you need to cancel or make amendments to your booking. Additionally, you have the option to log in to your eTaxiGo account directly online using your registration credentials.

  15. How do we ensure on-road and off-road safety?
  16. We provide highly trained and well-dressed chauffeurs who are the best in the town. Importantly, you will receive the driver's details, including their name, vehicle's plate number, and mobile number, on your registered email ID with us.

  17. How do I get a confirmation for my booking?
  18. Upon booking, we provide a confirmation email and SMS that include all the necessary details for your reference.

  19. Do I need to register to book a cab?
  20. No, registration is not mandatory to book a cab. You can proceed with booking a cab without registering. However, signing up has its benefits as it allows us to keep you informed about our latest offers and deals.

  21. Do I need to pay any extra amount apart from the one listed here on the website?
  22. No, the price listed on the website is the final amount you will need to pay. Our quotes are completely transparent, and we provide a comprehensive list of all applicable charges upfront. However, please note that toll tax, state tax, and parking charges are not included in the quoted price. The client will be responsible for paying any additional charges for toll tax, state tax, and parking fees as per the actual amounts incurred.

  23. Is eTaxiGo available for Android, Windows, and Blackberry?
  24. eTaxiGo is only available for Android at this time.

  25. What are the different modes of payments?
  26. We accept all major debit and credit cards for payment. Alternatively, you can also choose to pay directly to the driver. We also provide support for payments through Net Banking for added convenience.

  27. What if I even have many bags/luggage to be carried during the journey?
  28. When booking your cab, please ensure clarity regarding your specific requirements. We provide an option to view the seating and baggage capacity for each car. Our objective is to offer you a high-quality service at an affordable price. The information you provide helps us identify the most suitable vehicle that meets your needs.

  29. If I cancel my bookings, will I be charged for the cancellation fee?
  30. If a cancellation is made within 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, you will be responsible for paying 15% of the total booking amount as cancellation charges.

  31. We are a corporate house and would like to tie up with Etaxigo. Is this possible?
