User accounts bearing contact numbers and email IDs are created and owned by eTaxiGo. Any promotional discounts, offers and reward points in the form of eTaxiGo Money accumulated can be revoked without prior notice in the event of suspicious account activity or malafide intent of the user. In the case where the system is unable to establish a unique identity of the user against a valid mobile number or e-mail ID, the account shall be indefinitely suspended. eTaxiGo reserves the full discretion to suspend a user's account n the above event and does not have the liability to share any account information whatsoever.

ETaxiGo may send booking confirmation, itinerary information, booking cancellation, payment verification, refund status, calendar change or some other information applicable for the trade, via SMS or from voice turn the contact number given by the User at the time of booking; eTaxiGo may also contact the User by voice call, SMS or email in case the User couldn't or hasn’t concluded the booking, for any reason what so ever or to understand the preference of the User for concluding the booking and also to assist the User for the booking. The User hereby unconditionally consents that such communications via SMS and/ or voice call by eTaxiGo is (a) upon the request and authorization of the User, (b) 'transactional' and not a 'spontaneous commercial communication' as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI) and (c) in compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad. The User will indemnify eTaxiGo against all types of losses and damages incurred by eTaxiGo due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous complaint made by the User against eTaxiGo with respect to the intimations mentioned above or on account of any wrong number or email id provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.

  • Pressurizing the driving force to overload the boot space of the Cab with luggage. The customer shall not be generally allowed to use the seating of the Cab for putting any quite luggage.

USAGE CONDITIONS

You are advised to provide accurate information to eTaxiGo. eTaxiGo can verify the information that you have provided and choose to refuse the service or use of the Application / the Website without providing reasons.

By using the Application or Website you agree to:

  • You have understood your contract with eTaxiGo for Website / Application usage and you have clearly understood the SERVICE with our CLARIFICATIONS.
  • Use the Application for personal purposes only.
  • You'll not assign or otherwise transfer your account to the other person or legal entity.
  • You'll not use the Service or Application for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to sending or storing any unlawful material or for fraudulent purposes.
  • You'll not use the Service or Application to cause trouble, annoyance or bothersomeness.
  • You'll not impair the proper operation of the network.
  • You'll not attempt to harm the Service or Application in any way whatsoever.
  • You'll not copy, or distribute the Application or other eTaxiGo Content without written permission from eTaxiGo.

  • You'll provide us with any proof of identity we may reasonably request.
  • You'll comply with all applicable laws from your city, state, and country while using the Application or the Service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CAB USAGE

The Customer shall pay the taxi fare, parking fees, additional night fees (where applicable) and any commission or levy currently payable or hereinafter imposed by law or needed to be compensated for availing of their taxi Services.

The customer shall make sure that he/she will not indulge in any of the following activities while in a taxi:

  • o Smoking or swallowing any Sort of intoxicants Within the Taxi. The driver has the right to deny the pick-up or request the customer to alight the taxi in the event the customer is found to be in an intoxicated state or has been located misbehaving along with additional passengers or the driver or is causing a nuisance, Littering the Taxi.
  • Soiling or damaging the chairs and/or any other Insides of the Taxi.
  • Misusing, soiling or damaging any one of those Apparatus (technical/non-technical) from the taxi.
  • Asking the driver to split any Traffic/RTO/City Police and/or authorities principles for any purpose (particularly reaching the destination sooner ). The driver has the right to deny such a request by the customer. The driver has the right to deny such a pickup or inquire such customer(s) to alight in the taxi.
  • Asking the motorist to board passengers Than the capacity from the taxi. The driver has the right to deny such a pick-up or inquire such customer(s) to alight in the taxi.
  • The Services will Meet with the customer's requirements.
  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, Protected, or error-free.
  • The Company shall not be accountable or responsible For any damage or loss, howsoever caused or suffered by the Customer caused by the utilization of taxi service provided by the Company or on account of the failure of Company to supply Services to the Customer for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to the Customer's non-compliance using all the Services' recorded voice directions, glitch, limited or complete collapse of any network terminal, information processing system, pc tele-transmission or telecommunications system or other conditions whether beyond the control of the Company or any individual or any business involved with the aforementioned systems.
  • The Company Won't be liable for any damages Of any type arising from the use of this Service provided by the Company, such as but not limited to direct, incidental, indirect, punitive, and consequential damages.
  • If any passenger misses a flight or the train or Bus, the Company won't be responsible for any compensation the customer is responsible for handling his trip/travel timely. The customer shall make an arrangement if the taxi hasn't attained because of any reason.
  • The Customer shall indemnify the Company out of and Against and in respect of any or all obligations, losses, fees and expenses (including legal fees and costs on a complete indemnity basis) claims, demands, actions and proceeding that Company may incur or maintain directly or indirectly by or from any reason of or in regard to the use or planned use of the Services from the Customer and shall cover such amounts on-demand on the Company.
  • The Company shall be entitled at any time Without providing any reason the reservation of taxis booked by the Customer.
  • The Company supports its customers to Take responsibility. In the event of missing things within the taxi/cab throughout the trip, the Company will attempt to find the things onto a"best-effort" foundation but isn't accountable for the exact same in the event of damage or loss as well.
  • If the Customer leaves any merchandise from the taxi Or has any criticism regarding the Services or the usage of the taxi, the customer must notify the Company of the exact same in writing within 12 hours of employing the taxi or the Services of the Company.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any Behavior of the motorists of their taxis. The Company encourages you to notify it of any complaints which you may have from the driver of any taxi which you may have hired employing the Company's Services.
  • The Company shall be entitled to add to, change Or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and the Customer shall be bound by such inclusion, variation or change once such inclusion, variation or change are incorporated in these terms and conditions in Company's website at www.ETaxiGo.com about the date that the Company may imply that such inclusion, modification or variation is to come into effect.
  • It is made clear for you that The Company doesn't have any taxis nor does it indirectly or directly employ any drivers to the taxis. Taxis and motorists are provided by third parties and the Company disclaims any and all liability in regard to their motorists as well as the taxis.
  • The Company has the right to utilize customer Contact information. The Company may send SMS updates or Mail into cellular numbers or the email ids.
  • The pickup will be Accomplished Just in the pickup address. Pickups would not be carried out. On the fall address, a fall is going to be accomplished for one way reservations. Drops will be accomplished if it's about the way of fall addresses that are scheduled. **Notice - In emergency cases, the taxi driver will charge an excess amount which can't be negotiated.
  • *eTaxiGo reserves the right to offset or Alter the reservation of a car at any stage.
  • *In the event of partial payment Payment of trip has to be paid in the time of pick in advance.
  • *Any modifications/amendments into the booking Are not permitted.

The above-mentioned terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and eTaxiGo.Com with respect to access to and use of the web site and the Services offered by eTaxiGo.Com, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.

OTHER PROVISION

You may travel through paths that involve risks as to the price and consequences to destinations. ETaxiGo asks you to ask the regional government and rate travel prohibitions, warnings, statements, and advisories issued before booking travel through routes. By boosting (through discounts and prices ) any journey to specific destinations through specific routes, eTaxiGo doesn't represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. ETaxiGo doesn't accept liability for losses, damages, or flaws that may result in such or any destinations. ETaxiGo, its Affiliates, and their respective suppliers are not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any taxi/car leasing operators or alternative providers for any personal injuries, property damage, death, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. ETaxiGo, its Affiliates, and their respective suppliers don't have any liability and will make no refund in case of any delay, attack, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they don't have any obligation for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or actions of any government or authority.

ETAXIGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LIABILITY OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF (i) YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; OR (ii) ANY TRANSACTION OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDER, EVEN IF ETAXIGO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ETAXIGO 'S SERVICES MAY BE USED BY YOU TO REQUEST AND SCHEDULE TRANSPORTATION, GOODS, OR LOGISTICS SERVICES WITH THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, BUT YOU AGREE THAT ETAXIGO HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO YOU ASSOCIATED WITH ANY TRANSPORTATION, GOODS OR LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS ASIDE FROM AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS.
